If you are looking for tranquility, avoid the August weekends (12-18) and aim for June (after the 15th), the first half of July (until the 12th) or September (after the 5th), when the sea is still warm (23-25°C) but the crowd halves.
Organizing is simple: arrive by 9:00 AM if you want the free beach and parking nearby, or book a sunbed at one of the lidos online to avoid surprises (WhatsApp or apps of the individual establishments). Bring everything you need for the day (1.5L of water per person, sunscreen SPF 50+, hat, snacks) because at the beach prices rise by 30-50%.
