The villa features air conditioning, two bedrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher), a cozy entry room, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Outside, in addition to the private pool, there is a furnished terrace and convenient free private parking.
One of the most evocative features of the property is the indoor heated pool, ideal in any season (only between April and May and between September and November). The surrounding area, carefully furnished, creates a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere for guests.
The location is extremely strategic: the Torre Pali Public Beach and Lido Marini Beach are just a short distance away, while the Punta Pizzo Regional Reserve is about 26 km away. The nearest airport is Brindisi-Casale, located 110 km from the villa.
Please note that the costs for cleaning, bed linen, and bath towels must be paid at check-in and are not included in the price. The total cost for the entire stay is 180 euros (100 euros for cleaning + 80 euros for bed linen).
