comme de nature entrepreneuriale.<\/p><p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"935\">A queste novit\u00e0 fiscali si affiancano importanti chiarimenti sugli adempimenti amministrativi, in particolare su href=\"https:\/\/www.regione.puglia.it\/web\/turismo\/normativa-locazioni-ad-uso-turistico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> QUI<\/a>.<\/p><p data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1012\"><strong>C.I.A. \u2013 Comunicazione di Inizio Attivit\u00e0 (senza finalit\u00e0 commerciali)<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1146\">La C.I.A. \u00e8 il titolo amministrativo richiesto quando l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di locazione turistica viene svolta senza finalit\u00e0 imprenditoriali.<\/p><p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1186\">\u00c8 il caso tipico del proprietario che:<\/p><ul><li data-end=\"1409\">Con la C.I.A.:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1443\">non \u00e8 necessaria la partita IVA<\/li><li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1528\">\u00e8 possibile optare per la cedolare secca (21% sul primo immobile, 26% sul secondo)<\/li><li data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1643\">restano obbligatori il CIN, la comunicazione dei flussi turistici e il rispetto delle norme
