Just 800 meters from the sea, the Villa is a luxury residence set in 2000 sqm of fenced olive grove, ensuring privacy and relaxation. Comprising a main villa of about 200 sqm and a 40 sqm annex, it can accommodate up to 16 people, perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The main villa offers a spacious living-dining area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, and tableware. There are three designer bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a double bed, and a custom-made triple bunk bed. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and high-quality furnishings.

The outdoor areas include two large porches – one facing the pool and one at the back – a laundry room with washing machine, and two charming outdoor stone showers with hot water. Guests also have access to two built-in barbecues, a panoramic terrace with sea and olive grove views, as well as covered and shaded parking spaces.

The private pool measures 10×6 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.00 to 1.60 meters, and is also suitable for children thanks to the access steps. Maintenance is carried out daily by specialized staff, according to the guests’ preferred schedule. The villa is equipped with a safe in each room, TV, automatic lighting and irrigation systems, and an alarm with phone dialer.

The annex includes a kitchenette, an air-conditioned room with a double bed and a triple bunk bed, and a private bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people in total comfort.
